Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
3 bananas, well ripened
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream
butter and sugar.
Add mashed bananas and beaten eggs, one at a time.
Mix well; then add vanilla, dry ingredients and pecans.
Pour
into
well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for
45 to 50 minutes.
Let cool 1 minute before removing from pan.
