Golden Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 envelopes lemon flavored artificially sweetened gelatin
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
    1 large onion, diced
    5 unsweetened Bing cherries, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add cold water; let stand until mixture starts to gel.
    Add drained pineapple and diced orange to gelatin; stir.
    When set cut and place on lettuce leaf; garnish with unsweetened Bing cherry.
    Yield:
    5 servings.
