Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    20 Ritz crackers
    pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water and cream of tartar for 5 minutes.
    Drop crackers one at a time in boiling mixture.
    Do not stir! Keep boiling.
    Boil 2 minutes.
    Make regular pastry shell.
    Put in the filling.
    Dot with butter and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Put on the top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
