Streusel Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp. margarine (cold)
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. bran flakes
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 egg whites
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. seedless raisins (optional)
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the 3 tablespoons flour and the 2 tablespoons sugar.
Using pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Set aside for topping.
