Lemon Cheese Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
grated rind of 2 lemons
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. butter
Preparation
-
Melt butter
in
saucepan.
Add other ingredients; stir constantly until it comes
to a boil.
This will ice 2 layers. Double ingredients for 3 layers.
