Enchilada Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained or 1 roast
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (may need 1 1/2 to 2 with roast)
    12 soft flour tortilla shells
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese or 1 can nacho cheese soup
    jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Cook roast until it shreds easily (a crock-pot works well). Mix tomato sauce and taco seasoning with either type cooked beef. Simmer about 15 minutes on stove or in crock-pot until ready to use.
    Spoon meat into tortillas.
    Roll and place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
