Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork or sausage
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. dried parsley or 1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    2 large cans tomato sauce or 4 small cans tomato paste
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. dry red wine
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. olives, sliced crosswise
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
    2 bay leaves
    2 eggs, beaten lightly
    3 c. fresh Ricotta or cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
    Cook noodles in a large amount of boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse.
    Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese.
    Layer in long greased baking dishes (two 13 x 9 x 2-inch); 1 layer of noodles on bottom, pour sauce over noodles, 1 layer of cottage cheese mixture, 1 layer of Mozzarella.
    Set aside enough Mozzarella for the top to be added the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking.
    Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be frozen and baked later.
