Cheese Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 sliced carrots, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. sliced Cheddar cheese
1 minced onion
1/4 c. oleo
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender.
Layer carrots and cheese slices in a 2 quart casserole.
Saute onion in oleo.
Stir in flour, salt, mustard and milk.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add pepper and celery salt.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 after pouring over carrots and cheese.
