Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot milk
1 beaten egg
4 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add 1/2 tablespoon sugar to hot milk.
Add sugar, salt and shortening; cool.
Add egg, yeast and flour.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Roll out 1/4-inch thick. Spread warm butter; sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up and cut in 1-inch pieces.
Put in deep loaf pan and let rise.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
