Barbecue Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. meat loaf mix or 1 lb. ground beef and 1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
garlic and onion salt to taste
Preparation

Place all ingredients, except barbecue sauce, in medium size bowl.
Spray a glass 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam.
Mix all ingredients in bowl very well.
Chill for an hour.
Then form into small balls.
Lay in greased pan.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or you can fry balls in a no-stick pan.
