*Sweet Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour
    2 oz. fresh yeast
    5 jumbo eggs
    1 qt. milk
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs (glaze)
Preparation
    Heat milk. Add melted butter and margarine.
    Add sugar and oil.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Add beaten eggs and salt.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add to above.
    Stir
    and knead in flour. Depending on day, may need a little more flour.
    Place in greased bowl and turn. Cover.
    Let rise.
    Punch down.
    Let rise again. Form into loaves.
    Let rise again.
    Brush on the glaze (2 eggs, beaten) and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until done.
