Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) thawed but not cooked
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    A little water
    1 c. grated cheese
    Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Put vegetables and water chestnuts in casserole dish. Mix together the soup, sour cream, seasoned salt and water. Pour over vegetables. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs mixed with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
