Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 cups green pepper, chopped
    1 cup banana peppers, chopped
    1/3 cup Texas Pete peppers, chopped
    8-1/2 cups sugar
    2 Bottles Certo (only)
    1 pint apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Put peppers and vinegar in blender and chop.
    Put into saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Boil for 4 minutes.\tRemove from heat and cool for 2 minutes.
    Strain.
    Add 3 drops of red or green food coloring.
    Add Certo.\tPour into sterilized jars and seal. Serve over cream cheese with crackers.
