Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. shredded zucchini, drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Stir together Bisquick, cheese and pepper.
    Stir in eggs until moist.
    Fold in zucchini.
    Heat oil.
    Fry 2 tablespoons mixture for each round 2 to 3 minutes per side.
    Makes 12.
