Quick Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained of fat
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
salt to taste
1 (39-cent size) Bisquick or Bix-Mix
Preparation

Spoon cooked meat into 8 or 9-inch casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Top with pizza sauce and cheese.
Combine milk, eggs and Bisquick in separate bowl and beat until smooth.
Pour over top of casserole evenly.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until browned, about 35 minutes.
