Amy'S Mexicana Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded cooked chicken
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    12 oz. mild salsa
    8 8-inch flour tortillas
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400 degrees.
    Stir together chicken, 1 c. Cheddar, onion and sour cream.
    Pour salsa into pie plate.
    Coat tortilla with salsa in pie plate and place in deep round baking dish. Spread 1/2 c. chicken mixture onto tortilla.
    Repeat with tortillas and chicken, topping with a tortilla.
    Cover with remaining salsa and 1/2 c. Cheddar.
    Cover and bake 35-40 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
