Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 to 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger (optional)
1/2 tsp. allspice (optional)
1/2 tsp. cloves (optional)
3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 (No. 303) can pumpkin
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Make well in center of dry ingredients. Add salad oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
Mix until smooth. Pour into 2 or 3 greased and floured 1 pound loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yields 2 loaves.
