Lemon Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft margarine
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix margarine, flour and sugar.
    Pat in 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 18 minutes while cooking.
    Beat together eggs, 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Pour over flour mixture.
    Bake for 20 minutes until set.
    Sprinkle confectioners sugar over top.
    Cool.
