Apple Crisp A La Francoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 (large) or 13 (medium) Granny apples
    1 1/2 c. oats
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 blocks butter
    2 tsp. cinnamon or more
    1/2 c. raisins or more
Preparation
    Crisp:
    Mix oats, flour, cinnamon and butter.
    Cut into mixture, using 2 knives until pea size.
