1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 mashed cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

Marinate steak or chicken for 4 to 12 hours in refrigerator. Broil or grill.
