Tomato Soup Cake (Spice Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans tomato soup
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and spices.
Combine baking powder and flour.
Combine soda and soup (this will swell).
Add flour mixture and soup mixture alternately with butter mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. (For variety, add raisins and nuts.)
