Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Jiffy cornbread mixes
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 sticks butter or oleo, softened
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli, drained
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 stick butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix rest of ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
    Will be deeper brown than regular cornbread.
