Oatmeal Flapjacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add buttermilk and butter or margarine.
    Stir just until mixed.
    Let stand 5 minutes before pouring flapjacks on hot griddle.
    Makes about 18 flapjacks.
