Chicke-N-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cream of chicken
    2 c. water
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    6 uncooked chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender, then remove skin and set aside. Then mix soup, water, rice, salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread rice mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish.
    Lay chicken breasts on top of mixture.
    Cover tightly with lid or foil.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
