Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. cooked sweet potato
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. mace
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. Pet milk
2 uncooked pie shells

Preparation

Cook and drain potatoes.
Mix sugar, lemon and spices together.
Add eggs and milk; mix well in mixer.
Pour into pie shells.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
