Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 glove garlic, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a frying pan and pour off grease.
    Add chopped onion, garlic, celery and green pepper to sausage.
    Simmer until tender.
    Wash rice and add mixture in Pyrex baking dish along with the soups.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 6.
