Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    pinch of sugar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. wheat flour
    1 c. white flour
Preparation
    Put together the first 3 ingredients.
    In a large bowl, mix the oil, salt and wheat flour.
    Knead by hand 6 to 7 minutes, adding white flour a little at a time.
    Put in a greased bowl and cover. Leave in a warm place to rise 2 to 3 hours, until tripled.
    Punch down and roll out some on lightly floured surface until thin.
    This may be used for pizza and topped with sauce, cheese and veggies or for a calzone.
