Oriental Garden Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots and 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
1/2 c. finely chopped red bell pepper
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
chopped green onions (optional)
cooked shrimp (optional)
diced chicken (optional)
Preparation

Preheat a large skillet over highest heat until very hot.
Add oil and scrambled eggs.
Add cooked rice and vegetables.
Stir and toss to blend quickly.
Add sesame oil and soy sauce and optional ingredients, if desired.
