Microwave Flounder With Shrimp Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flounder fillets (about 1/4 lb. each)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
    1/4 c. white wine or milk
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    parsley or slivered almonds
Preparation
    Roll up fillets and arrange, seam side down, in square baking dish.
    Combine soup, wine and cheese; spoon over fillets.
    Heat, covered, 11 to 12 minutes, until fish is done.
    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Yields 4 servings.
