Spinach In A Bread Basket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    3 or 4 green onions, chopped (tops included)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow flavors to blend.
    Prior to serving, cut the top off a round loaf of sourdough bread.
    Hollow out the inside and fill with spinach mixture just prior to serving.
    Serve with cubes of sourdough bread.
