Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. baby carrots
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
Preparation

Cook both packages of carrots until tender.
Do not overcook. Drain carrots and mix with onions and peppers.
Combine remaining ingredients to create the sauce.
Pour sauce over carrot mixture and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
