Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, chill and grate. Melt margarine and cheese. Add onions, sour cream and milk. Combine sauce with grated potatoes. Season to taste. Bake in a greased baking dish for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0. Serves 12.
