Shredded Pork Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 shoulder pork roast
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Top with onions and all other ingredients.
    Cook 8 to 10 hours on low setting.
    Remove roast from crock-pot and shred (removing fat).
