Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 c. sweet milk
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    To boiling water, add salt and cornmeal, stirring constantly. Cook to soft mush.
    Cool.
    Add egg yolks, butter and baking powder.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake in buttered baking dish for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
