Mini Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 box vanilla wafers
    1 can pie filling (any flavor)
Preparation
    Whip cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Blend together thoroughly.
    Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake liner.
    Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool.
