Jiffy Cobbler(Peach, Blueberry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    3 to 4 c. fruit, sweetened to taste (peaches, peeled and thinly sliced or washed, stemmed blueberries)
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in 8-inch square casserole dish. Stir flour, sugar and milk together until just blended.
    Spoon carefully over melted butter.
    Do not stir.
    Pour the sweetened fruit over the batter.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
    Makes 6 good servings.
