Tomato Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    4 large onions, sliced thin
    4 large green peppers, diced
    1/2 bunch large celery
    2 Tbsp. salt or to taste
Preparation
    Scald and skin the tomatoes. Cut into quarters or smaller.
    To this, add the remaining ingredients. Cook until soft enough to run through colander.
    Reheat and put in jars.
    Cook to seal.
