Wilted Bacon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
7 c. mixed salad greens
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients in a small suacepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Place salad greens in a large bowl and pour vinegar mixture over greens, tossing gently.
Serve warm.
