Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. onion juice
    2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    In a blender, mix the sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar together.
    Add onion juice and blend well.
    Add oil slowly with blender on and continue to blend until thick.
    Add poppy seed and blend for a few seconds.
    Use at once or store in refrigerator. If chilled, allow to warm to room temperature before using.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
