Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. raw chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients well and add flour and cinnamon. Mix well and add (fold with spoon, do not overmix) the apples and pecans.
    Bake in 3 layers for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
