Crab Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. large size flour tortillas
1 pkg. imitation crab meat
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1 small can chopped olives
1 small can chopped chiles to your taste (mild or hot)
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
Preparation

In a large baking pan, place a tortilla at one end.
Fill across center with crab meat and cheese.
Sprinkle with olives and chiles to your taste.
Roll tortilla into itself, forming a roll. Repeat process until pan is full.
Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over the top.
Sprinkle with olives and chiles.
Pour cream over tortillas.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until tortillas start to brown.
Serves 5 to 6.
