1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 grated lemon rind
juice of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 beaten egg whites
Preparation

Cream
the butter and sugar.
Add the lemon rind, lemon juice, egg
yolks,
flour
and
milk.
Stir in the beaten egg whites. Bake in a baking dish or custard cups in a pan of hot water in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
