Lemon-Strawberry Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. grated lemon peel
juice of 6 fresh lemons (1 c.)
2 1/2 c. strawberries, cut in half
1 qt. lemon sherbet, softened
2 (28 oz.) bottles lemon-lime soda, chilled
lemon cartwheels
5 strawberry halves
Preparation

Combine lemon peel, lemon juice and 2 1/4 cups strawberries in blender; blend.
In punch bowl, combine sherbet and mixture; stir well.
Pour in soda and stir to blend.
Float lemon cartwheels and strawberry halves in punch.
Makes 10 (8 ounce) servings.
