Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 eggs
    1 small can V-8 juice
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    ketchup
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add bread cubes, V-8 juice, thyme, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Add meat, onion and bell pepper; mix well. Shape into loaf; cover with ketchup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
