Cheese Cake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add flour and nuts and mix.
Set aside two cups of the mixture for topping.
Press remainder in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Blend sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
Beat well.
Spread over bottom crust; sprinkle with reserved two cups of topping.
Return to oven and bake for 25 minutes more.
Cool, then chill and cut into 48 pieces.
