Cabbage Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup
Preparation
    Chop cabbage and parboil for 3 minutes; drain.
    Brown ground beef and onion, breaking up beef.
    Drain well.
    Alternate layers of cabbage with meat and onion in 2-quart casserole.
    Pour soup on top.
    Pierce food with fork several times so soup runs through layers.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
