Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
milk
3 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients together.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Combine confectioners sugar with extract and enough milk to proper consistency to spread.
Put on cooled cake.
Melt chocolate and butter.
Spread over frosting.
Refrigerate.
