Louisiana Pork Chop Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. fat
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown pork chops.
Remove from pan and saute onion and green pepper in fat.
Place pork chops in pan over onion and pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
Simmer slowly over low heat for 50 minutes.
Serve chops and gravy over rice.
Makes 6 servings.
