Brownie Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. unsweetened baking cocoa
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream shortening, sugar, water and vanilla.
    Add eggs to creamed mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
    Drop on cookie sheet and bake 1 sheet at a time for 7 to 9 minutes.
    Cookies will appear soft and moist. Do not overbake.
