    1 pkg. cheese tortellini (uncooked)
    3 c. fresh broccoli florets (can substitute frozen broccoli/cauliflower)
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. dried parsley or 2 Tbsp. fresh
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. crab meat (surimi)
Preparation
    This refreshing and light crab salad makes a perfect entree for a luncheon or \"covered dish\" church supper.
    Your budget determines the \"degree\" of crab in your Crab Louie.
